These User Guidelines explain the standards of conduct expected from all users of the Bright Bachpan Platform. They should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Child Safety Policy, and other applicable Platform policies.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these User Guidelines.

1. Prohibited Conduct and Content

To maintain a safe and productive learning environment, users must not engage in any of the following activities.

A. Harmful or Dangerous Content

Bright Bachpan maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward:

• Child abuse
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Grooming or predatory behavior
• Sexualization of minors
• Bullying or harassment of children

Any such activity may result in immediate account suspension, content removal, and reporting to appropriate authorities.

C. Hate Speech and Discrimination

Users must not publish content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on:

• Race
• Religion
• Nationality
• Ethnicity
• Caste
• Gender
• Sexual Orientation
• Disability
• Age
• Any other protected characteristic

Respectful discussion and educational debate are encouraged; hate speech is not.

D. Harassment and Bullying

The following behavior is prohibited:

• Intimidation
• Harassment
• Personal attacks
• Cyberbullying
• Stalking
• Sexual harassment
• Sharing personal information without consent

All users are expected to treat others with dignity and respect.

E. Violent, Graphic, or Disturbing Content

Content intended to shock, disturb, or promote violence is not permitted. Educational references to historical events, science topics, or social issues may be allowed when presented responsibly and for educational purposes.

G. False Information and Misrepresentation

Users must not:

H. Intellectual Property Violations

Users should only upload content they own or have permission to use.

Do not upload:

• Copyrighted videos
• Unauthorized educational materials

• Images or content belonging to third parties without permission

Bright Bachpan reserves the right to remove infringing content.

I. Privacy Violations

Users must respect the privacy of others.

Do not share:

• Home addresses
• Government identification documents
• Financial information
• Children's personal information without consent

2. Reporting Content

If you encounter content that violates these Guidelines, you may report it through available reporting mechanisms or contact us directly.

False or malicious reports may result in action against the reporting account.

3. Account Safety Guidelines

• Log out from shared devices.
• Enable security features when available.
• Update your account information regularly.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise children's use of the Platform.

Children under applicable age requirements should use the Platform with parental supervision and consent.

• Maintain professional conduct.

Content should support learning, skill development, and positive educational outcomes.

• Suspend accounts
• Terminate accounts
• Report unlawful activities to authorities

Actions will be taken based on the severity and nature of the violation.
